Privacy Policy
A data-flow summary based on the current app. Additional owner and provider details are still needed for a complete privacy notice.
Account and session information
The sign-up form asks for your name, email address, and password. The authentication system maintains user, account, and session records. A session record can include an IP address and user-agent value; both fields are optional in the app's data model.
Workspaces and invitations
The app stores workspace names and creator identifiers, workspace memberships and roles, and invitations. Invitation records include the invited email address, status, expiry and acceptance timestamps. When an admin sends an invitation, the app attempts to send it to that email address through the Polsia email proxy.
Prompts, conversations, and sharing
Saved conversations have an owner and workspace, a title, and a sharing setting. Messages store their role and text, task type, any selected market labels, and source data when returned. The app also stores assistant failure status when a reply could not be generated. The sharing control starts off and lets the owner share with workspace members or stop sharing later.
Workspace prompt templates store a name and prompt text, along with the workspace and creator. Message feedback stores a helpful or not-helpful rating linked to the message and the account that submitted it.
Language selection
The locale setting can be English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese, Arabic, or Hindi and is stored in a locale cookie. The existing interface translations are complete in English, French, and Spanish; other interface text falls back to English. Assistant replies and selected-message translations can be requested in all nine languages. New business-tool forms currently use English. Arabic pages set right-to-left text direction.
Assistant and research services
Assistant responses are generated through Polsia's AI proxy. The app sends the current request and conversation context for that response. For research tasks, BizGlobe also uses Polsia's web-search proxy to search public sources and receive source information; that information can be saved with the assistant message.
The app code establishes these Polsia proxy connections. It does not establish the downstream AI or search providers, their retention or reuse practices, or the locations where processing occurs.
Workspace business records can include market briefs, supplier comparisons, business documents, contacts, quotes, reports, meeting summaries, and business plans. These records are stored with a workspace identifier and are returned only after the signed-in account passes the workspace membership check. Document exports are generated on demand from the saved record.
Support messages and email
The signed-out support form asks for exactly three fields: name, email address, and message. The app saves a valid submission, then attempts to record it through Polsia's submission service as a message from the visitor so the founder's dashboard can reply to the sender. If the platform reports that it was not recorded or the call throws, the app attempts a notification to BizGlobe's company inbox using Polsia's email proxy.
BizGlobe's published contact email is bizglobe@polsia.app. A form success message confirms that the app saved the message; it does not report the result of the platform notification attempt.
Privacy details still to confirm
The owner has not supplied enough information to publish a complete privacy notice. The following decisions and descriptions remain open:
- The operating entity, postal address, and applicable privacy jurisdictions.
- Purposes and legal bases for processing beyond the product actions described above.
- Retention and deletion periods for accounts, sessions, workspace data, support messages, and provider records.
- Cookie and browser-storage practices, analytics, and any tracking technologies.
- The AI and search providers or subprocessors, their data-use and retention terms, and processing or transfer locations.
- Security practices and a confirmed process for privacy-rights requests.
- The verified legal/support contact channel for privacy questions and a response process.
Until those points are confirmed, this page should not be read as a statement about them. For questions, visit the Support page.
